In the surrounding area, Mediterranean plants and some subtropical plants were used to gather flowering from Easter to autumn due to seasonal operation. In the new properties, a flat banquet space was created, as well as daily use for the clients, increasing the possibilities of hosting the beach beyond the shoreline. Still, with the creation of auxiliary roads, a section was modified into an organic vegetable garden for the needs of particular hotel guests, but also for certain groups of biodynamic education.
Also, our study has solved a bureaucracy and environmental awareness puzzle in a forest area of the hotel that was burned by a PPC transformer burst: in collaboration with seed importers, we created a mixture of Mediterranean wildflower seeds with rolling seasonal flowering. The area ( 4, 5 acres) was cultivated and sown with hand tools to prevent natural growth. So, we had a direct aesthetic effect with the first wildflowers blooming after two and a half months, and in a few months the first native shrubs revived.
